If so, you may be the perfect fit for the Sr Analyst, Project Manager position at Walmart!In this position, you will be responsible for supporting assigned projects by understanding the needs of the business, assisting in the development of solutions, and adhering to prioritizing project milestones. You will also be testing and piloting solutions, validating results, monitoring and tracking solution results, and communicating with project stakeholders.You'll make an impact by
Managing the execution of projects or work streams by ensuring resolution of critical issues and monitoring progress versus plan.
Escalating complex or difficult issues.
Utilizing scope-change orders to track changes to projects.
Tracking expenditures and budgets and providing informational presentations.
Holding self and project team accountable for project delivery and developing performance reports.
Conducting an intake process, identifying project requirements and level of effort, and proposing problem solutions.
Providing and supporting project planning and implementation by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
Preparing project question responses.
Identifying quality, change request, and project failure root causes.
You'll sweep us off our feet if
You have experience with project management systems.
You have a project/change management certification (e.g. PMI, PMP, Six Sigma, etc.)
You can identify barriers and work through them.
Have strong communication and time-management skills.
You have high attention to detail and an ability to influence.
You are comfortable working in a "matrix" environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1-3 years of Project Management.
