Position SummaryWhat you'll doPrimary contact for ATF Firearm Trace Requests. Work with stores to locate firearm forms, log trace and verify trace is addressed within 24 hours. Organize and manage damaged firearm and ammunition salvage process by working with stores and vendors to make sure all firearms and ammunition are properly packaged, transported, received and dispositioned. Process all payments received to ensure stores receive proper credit. Triage alcohol and tobacco mailboxes and address issues. Review all regulatory contacts and engage senior managers as required.Identifies compliance concerns, collecting necessary data, creating reports on findings, communicating findings to management, recommending resolutions to the concerns, and supporting follow up with field and home office based on findings in reports.Measures compliance and ethics and communicates results by providing guidance to advance the analysis of information and compliance and ethics reporting process, collaborating with the business to funnel compliance and ethics information, guiding the preparation of summary reports for senior leadership that encompass all compliance and ethics training results across the company developing metrics and measurements to evaluate the effectiveness of reporting and analytics, and providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress of compliance and ethics training initiatives.Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices, monitoring progress and results, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
