Position SummaryWhat you'll doAs a Senior Analyst on the Carrier Execution Team, you'll support inbound operations by:

Acting as a liaison between specialists and leaders/cross-functional support teams

Acting as a first responder for indirect reports - fielding escalations and providing direction

Developing and overseeing the execution of action plans for trending opportunities

Documenting best practices/processes and identifying COEs for unprecedented events

Improving partnerships with Carrier Execution pillars and cross-functional teams

Championing ad-hoc initiatives to improve all-in service and provide feasible loads for carriers to execute to

Utilizing ticket reporting to identify trends and communicate carrier callouts to the larger team

Partnering with carrier and network analysts to drive scheduling compliance and appointment execution improvements

Summarizing and socializing current state of the business in daily stand-up team meetings

Developing and maintaining weekly roll-up reporting for the Carrier Execution Team and cross-functional support teams

Driving root cause analysis on escalations that surface through specialist day-to-day operations

You'll sweep us off our feet if you

Possess strong verbal & written communication skills

Demonstrate an understanding of transportation, distribution, retail & related complexities

Have a desire to continuously problem solve & can work with others to accomplish a goal

Possess a working knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, Microsoft Suite

Have experience with direct or indirect reports, and enjoy supporting your team by fielding questions and finding answers
