Responsibilities:
Use company tools to measure and document floor spaces accurately.
Assess subfloors for moisture or structural issues, if visible.
Collaborate with sales and project managers for accurate estimates.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and providing product information.
Maintain accurate records in the company database.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus.
Experience in sales, customer service, or related field, preferably in flooring or construction.
Familiarity with flooring materials, installation methods, and subfloor preparation is preferred.
Proficiency in technology tools such as Surface Tablets and laser measuring devices.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Organizational and time management abilities.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
