Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for an Operations Controller to support one of our large clients at their corporate office in Fort Smith, Arkansas location. The controller will be in charge of the two plant locations in Ozark, AR & Westville, OK and will be working a hybrid schedule. As an Operations Controller, your day-to-day responsibilities would involve collaborating with plant management to create accurate financial forecasts for cost of goods and gross margin. Youll mentor staff on financial aspects, emphasizing standard cost theory, burden recovery, and overall plant profitability. Additionally, youll develop annual operating plans, maintain budgets for plant cost centers, and analyze capital investments. Your role will also include daily financial tasks, such as month-end close, operational cost accounting, and strategic partnership with business leaders. Youll work closely with plant managers across multiple locations, ensuring efficient financial operations and driving continuous improvement.
