NextPhase provides you with a dynamic and fun work environment and encourages you to use creative thinking to solve client challenges.</p><p> </p><p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Business/Data Analyst with specialization in Customer Relationship Management business process to work in a consulting capacity for our clients in the Medical Device Industry. As a Business/Data Analyst you will bring your Medical Device industry expertise to help our clients design and build their Customer Master Data architecture. You must be strong in understanding Customer definitions, attributes, hierarchical relationships, and data element associations for this industry and business processes. Your knowledge of the industry nuances and requirements with regards to data privacy, regulatory and compliance as well as reporting is critical to the success for this engagement. The role requires strong communication skills with ability to lead client teams through a solution design process and securing buy in on the future state considerations and architecture.</p><p> </p><p><strong>YOU WILL</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the data analysis process to discover and validate data sources, data element definition and rationalization.</li><li>Operate as the CRM Subject Matter Expert around the business definition and use for data elements, data relationships, and business process impact resulting from data definition.</li><li>Lead the industry view of business process and its association with the data dictionary to understand data element priorities, relevancy, and relationships in the overall data analysis and data automation initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with the Master Data Management Architect to map data elements with business requirements, define data lineage criteria, and lead working sessions to define the future state database architecture.</li><li>Participate in developing the Entity Relationship Model for Customer related data and attributes.</li><li>Provide direction and criteria for data manipulation routines, data transformation rules, and data protection requirements to be developed as part of the data ingestion and validation process.</li><li>Bring a strong understanding of data sources with business context within the industry and/or functional routines.</li><li>Lead the data assimilation process and master data management strategies to develop the long-term data models across the enterprise.</li><li>Lead collaborative workshops, future state design sessions and work collaboratively to engage the appropriate stakeholders and data champions in the business impact for data utilization.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>3+ years business/data analysis or similar capacity working with data analysis initiatives including industry specific knowledge in Medical Devices, Life Sciences.</li><li>Must have domain expertise via a functional role that enabled expertise development of business process and KPI’s related to any of the following functions such as: Customer Relationship Management, Distributors, Suppliers.</li><li>Prior experience in data warehousing systems either as a Business Analyst or a Functional end user is required.</li><li>Strong understanding of Master Data Management needs, analysis, and operations is required.</li><li>B.S in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Finance, Economics.</li><li>Ability to work on data querying and data extract technologies including Tableau, Power BI, complex Excel formulas with macros is required.</li><li>Ability to work in teams, collaborate, and engage team members in design thinking sessions to identify innovative approaches to problem solving is critical.</li><li>Strong communications skills, superior analytical acumen, self-starter, and flexibility to work in ambiguous environments is a critical success factor.</li></ul><p> </p></body></html>
