Medical Device Quality Inspector

Description:This position will be in a cleanroom and will need to gown up (no make up and jewelry).Will be required to be open to helping out with receiving inspection by the warehouse as well from time to time.Performs inspection, checks, testing, and sampling procedures for product manufacturing. Carries out packaging line, manufacturing inspections, and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials to ensure that company standards are met. Monitors critical equipment and instrumentation. Assists with validating or troubleshooting testing methods, including assays. Reviews bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated.

Performs inspections on all components that enter and leave the facility, accurately documenting the results of such inspections

Identifies waste and improvement opportunities in the department

Supports the initiation of Non-Conforming Material Reports and reports findings to the Quality Engineering team in support of material disposition

Keeps accurate records for all calibrations, reworks, and deviations
