Description We are offering an employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Anaheim, California, United States. As a Bookkeeper, your primary role will be to manage financial records, ensuring accuracy, and timeliness in all areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and data entry. Responsibilities include: Accurately documenting cash transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company guidelines. Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles, this includes managing invoice processing, vendor relationships, revenue recognition, and collections. Ensuring the accurate and timely submission of payroll data to the relevant systems. Preparing and posting journal entries to reflect financial transactions accurately. Carrying out general office duties such as handling routine correspondence and answering telephones. Applying excellent data entry skills to maintain and update records. Utilizing knowledge of common bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs to assist in daily tasks. Collaborating with customers and management to address and resolve any arising issues. Employing strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to multitask effectively.
