Description Defense firm in the OC is seeking law and motion attorneys to support an up-tick in litigation. This could be a contract to hire for the right person !Duties and Responsibilities include:
Manage case docket.
Review opposition to motion and demurs.
Draft motions
Case assessment
put together request and evaluation
you will get training in their system
Must be licensed in CA
Requirements
