Organization:SDMC-Sutter Delta Medical CenterPosition Overview:The Radiologic Technologist coordinates and performs a wide variety of quality diagnostic radiographic examinations and may assist in the performance of procedures. The Technologist must possess and demonstrate knowledge of the following: anatomy/physiology, radiation safety, radiographic equipment operation, safe patient transfers and positioning techniques, and ethical and professional conduct. The Technologist ensures accurate documentation, effective communications and demonstrates knowledge of age-appropriate criteria when working with all patients, which include high risk and critically ill patients. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.
