Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tax Staff - Public in Arcadia, California. This role is within the accounting industry and will involve direct interaction with clients, auditing non-profit organizations, and managing accounts. The workplace is client-oriented and involves face-to-face visits.Responsibilities: Accurately process and prepare client taxes Manage customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Conduct audits for non-profit organizations, particularly foster care and adoption centers, to ensure compliance with state regulations Utilize accounting software systems such as Lacerte and QuickBooks for various accounting tasks Perform accounting functions and prepare financial statements Handle entity formation tasks and ensure compliance with relevant laws Utilize CaseWare for auditing and accounting tasks Handle face-to-face client visits and manage relationships with small company clients.Requirements
3 Plus years of experience in tax accounting
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
CPA in Process or CPA desired
Auditing experience desired
Non-profit experience a plus
