Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in Atherton, California for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant position. The role is within the Financial Services sector, providing a dynamic and engaging workplace environment. The HR Assistant will play a key role in maintaining our HRMS, managing ADP Workforce Now, and ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations. Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications and maintain accurate records. Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to streamline HR processes. Manage ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, ensuring smooth and efficient data transfer. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations. Perform background checks as part of the hiring process. Administer benefit functions, ensuring employees receive their entitlements. Deliver high-quality customer service, resolving inquiries in a timely manner. Use Excel Formulas for data analysis and reporting purposes. Operate Ceridian and About Time to manage scheduling and time tracking.
