We are growing and opening a new location, and we’re looking for an experienced tax preparer to join our family-oriented team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and fluent in both Spanish and English.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English) – REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of individual tax returns (1040)
Experience with tax schedules and credits
Ability to work independently and accurately
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual tax returns
Conduct client interviews to ensure all income and credits are reported
Maintain compliance with IRS and state regulations
Provide clear explanations to clients
Protect client confidentiality
