Data entry and document preparation
Providing excellent customer service
Assisting with tax preparation and filing (for tax roles)
Maintaining organized and professional office standards
Qualifications:
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Basic computer skills (typing, email, office systems)
Tax experience preferred but not required (training available for the right candidates)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
