Motel Manager – Onsite Position
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Motel Manager to oversee daily operations at our 23-room property. This is a full-time, onsite role with housing accommodations provided on the property as part of the compensation package.
Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, check-ins, and guest services
Supervise and coordinate housekeepers
Perform laundry and light housekeeping as needed
Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards
Oversee property management system (PMS) and handle reservations
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests
Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
PMS experience is required
Previous customer service experience is a must
Prior motel/hospitality management experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage staff effectively
Must pass a background check
Must provide three professional employment references (no family or friends)
