This position is entry level and flexes with regard to task assignment. Production Team Member is assigned to tasks as directed by Owner based on real-time needs and optimal production flow in the Kitchen, Packaging and Assembly areas. Team members are required to cross-train in these areas for flexibility in planning and scheduling.
Experience preferred in food service or bakery
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Must be willing to work some overtime hours and weekends as needed
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Food handler's license.
