When hiring a caregiver/home care aides, they must have the following items below before meeting with a client, pass a TB test screening and provide a clearance pass a background check and provide a DOJ Live Scan clearance provide a valid CA Driver’s License and current automobile insurance must be a registered Home Care Aide taken a comprehensive Caregiver Training (Initial and On-Going) provide other specialized training and certifications if any a pleasing personality and great social-skills

Caregivers, Personal Caregivers, Home Health Aides, and CNAs play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care and support to individuals who require assistance with their daily activities and personal care needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide basic personal care services such as grooming, bathing, and dressing
Assist with mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
Monitor and report changes in the client’s health status
Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare providers
Adhere to care plans and schedules set by the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification as a Caregiver, Personal Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or CNA preferred
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
