Requirements:
Minimum 5 years dental office experience
Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Dentrix
Bilingual
Strong knowledge of PPOs, and Medi-Cal
Skilled in treatment coordination
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and office team
Handle scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and collections
Coordinate patient treatment plans and financial arrangements
Ensure a smooth, patient-focused experience
