We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and support a wide range of human resources functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in HR best practices, and able to thrive in a fast-paced service industry environment.
Responsibilities:
Administer employee relations and act as the first point of contact for HR matters
Manage new hire onboarding, orientations, and exit processes
Oversee benefits, FMLA tracking, and leave administration
Process payroll and assist with timekeeping compliance
Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with labor laws
Support recruitment efforts, job postings, and applicant screening
Assist with safety compliance and workplace policies
Handle day-to-day HR tasks as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of HR Generalist or HR Coordinator experience required
Knowledge of employment law, FMLA, and HR compliance practices
Experience with payroll systems and QuickBooks preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
