Minimum of 2 years experience installing all types of fencing including chain link, wood, and vinyl.
Must be able to lay out new fence projects and effectively run a job and oversee one or two helpers while performing all physical duties included such as mixing cement, digging holes, etc.
Other requirements include:
Valid California driver’s license Clean driving Record Is a MUST
Ability to speak and understand English. Spanish is a plus.
Ability to follow detailed verbal instructions.
Ability to read maps, work orders and other written instruction.
Pride of workmanship.
Reliability Can show up to work every day, on time.
Works well on their own as well as with a team occasionally.
Considers themselves “handy” or “mechanically inclined”.
Has a good work attitude.
Can pass background/drug test.
