Mobile home Park is seeking a reliable, personable, and experienced Maintenance Technician for daily upkeep and maintenance for the park.
The position requires a unique skill set covering a broad range of capabilities including, but not limited to:
Heavy emphasis on curb appeal and landscaping
Cleaning and minor maintenance of common areas
Minor electrical repairs
Minor plumbing repairs
Concrete work
Physical labor and endurance
Repairing equipment
Fence repair
Tractor operation and work
Works well with a team or alone
Works side by side with the property manager on special projects
Must be organized, dependable, good with the public, positive attitude, a team player, self-starter, and highly motivated to get the job done!
