$16.00 - $17.00 per hour - Wage based on experience
Full Time Maintenance Person wanted for multiple manufactured housing
communities in the City of Bakersfield. Maintenance/plumbing/electrical/landscaping/Janitorial
experience is preferred. Valid driver's license is required.
Eligible candidates must have the ability to complete the following:
Understand and carry out directions in a professional manner while working under direct supervision of the community
manager.
Work safely and follow company policy and procedures.
Perform physical labor for routine grounds maintenance and project work as needed.
