Equity Management Inc. is looking to contract a Maintenance worker for their properties in Bakersfield (includes apartments & houses).
- MUST have experience as a handyman and have their own tools.
- MUST have general knowledge of plumbing and electrical, anything else is a PLUS!
- MUST be able to work independently and complete work.
- Must document any and ALL WORK.
- Must respond to On-Site Managers requests for maintenance and repair, ensuring requests are fulfilled promptly and competently.
AT WILL CONTRACT AGREEMENT
MUST HAVE:
1. GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
2. BUSINESS LICENSE (FOR THE CITY, OR COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES)
3. EPA CERTIFICATION FOR MOLDING & LED

3. CERTIFICACIÓN EPA PARA MOLDEO Y LED
