Summary of Positions:
The Harvest Associates serve in the pistachio grading operation during the annual pistachio harvest. The Harvest Associate III performs a variety of established functions to grade and process pistachio samples used to calculate compensation to Grower Partners. The Harvest Associate III plays a vital role in the overall goals of the Harvest Operations Department.
