Summary:
The Remodel Foreman is part of a multi-faceted project team responsible for general commercial tenant improvement and construction projects related to all aspects of retail gas station convenience stores. This person is the hands on working foreman in charge of execution and directing a crew if 2-4 people. A successful candidate for this position should have well rounded system experience with the following areas:
Drawing reading and project planning
Material planning and requisition
Awareness of California Electric and Plumbing Codes approved wiring methods
Experience and Awareness of multiple trades:
o Electrical
o Plumbing
o Grading and Concrete
o Framing, wood and steel
o Roofing
o Lighting
o Interior and Exterior Finishes
o Cabinet building and repair
Qualifications:
Ability to travel and work out of town as needed a must
Capable and honest to keep a crew motivated and efficient
Strong technical inclination and problem solving skills
Time management, planning, and work prioritization skills
Heavy equipment experience is a plus
Results Oriented
Physically fit and able to work from ladders and man lifts
Valid Driver’s License
Able to pass pre-employment drug testing
