SENIOR RESTORATION TECH
Locally owned, national property restoration franchise (handling fire, water, smoke & mold damage remediation / restoration to residential and commercial properties), seeks a Senior Restoration Tech in the Bakersfield area.

Experience: Must have at least 3 years in the restoration field and possess a range of IICRC certifications and training certificates, or equivalent experience.
Daily Activities:
Inspecting new jobs and signing up customers, setting work plans
Coordinate and direct crews (working alongside newer techs)
Training crews on restoration techniques, procedures and light construction skills
Communication with customers, management, insurance adjusters, vendors and subcontractors, both in writing and verbally.
Skills: Strong Leadership skills required
Must be a very good communicator, verbally and in writing
Problem solving for complex technical issues
Possess a thorough understanding of issues related to contaminants, mold, and
bio-hazards .
Understand customer needs as they relate to timeliness, sensitivity, and process
planning
Basic Knowledge of claim documentation and Xactimate

Location: Bakersfield
Hours: Hours Vary PT/FT, On-Call
Wage: $949-$1110 per week plus OT and bonuses
