APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
-Licensed Bail Agent
-Will consider unlicensed applicants that have completed Pre-Licensing Education and/in-progress of passing the State Exam
OR for Fugitive Recovery Agents: compliant with the Bail Fugitive Recovery Persons Act, which took effect July 1, 2023.
EMPLOYMENT DESCRIPTION: BAIL BONDSPERSON
-Bail Bonds Postings at Jails and Courts
-Client Interviews & Underwriting: Jailhouse Interviews, Applications, Documents, Photos
-Private Contractor/"Gig Employment"; work when you can, don't work when you can't
-"on-call" / "on-demand" - this is a 24/7 industry
-Musts: Transportation, Speed, Reliability, Honesty, Meticulous Personalities
-Mostly Mobile: throughout SoCal, go where you're needed (jails, courts, to the client)
-Additional Opportunities: Underwriting Dept, Collections, Jail/Court Communications
-Commission Opportunities available if you acquire your own clients.
-Commission Opportunities available in taking our incoming calls (though, transparently, applicant will probably need to work with our team for a bit before that opportunity arises).
-$150-$1000 per assignment.

Delano Court (1122 Jefferson St, Delano, CA 93215), Lamont Court (12022 Main St, Lamont, CA 93241), Metropolitan Division Court (1415 Truxtun Ave, Bakersfield, CA 93301), Mojave Court (1773 State Highway 58 Business, Mojave, CA 93501), Ridgecrest (132 E Coso Ave, Ridgecrest, CA 93555)
Opportunities available, but not required, in nearby counties & cities including TULARE COUNTY (cities and facilities such as Visalia, Porterville), SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY (Rancho Cucamonga, Victorville, West Valley Detention Center, Central Detention Center, Colorado River Substation), INYO COUNTY, MONO COUNTY, LA COUNTY, LOS ANGELES COUNTY, VENTURA COUNTY, SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, KINGS COUNTY, MONTEREY COUNTY).
