Experienced Legal Assistant or Paralegal Needed for Family Law Firm

Looking for an experienced family law paralegal or legal assistant with a minimum of 2 years' experience who can handle 25-50 family law cases with little supervision.
Heavy email communication with clients and opposing counsel; prepare PDD’s; draft RFOs re: custody, child support, spousal support, attorney’s fees; prepare Order After Hearings, propound and respond to Form Interrogatories and Demand for Production of Documents, draft Motions to Compel, prepare Stipulated Judgments; assist attorney in trial preparation — i.e., draft witness, exhibit lists, and trial briefs.
Salary depends on experience but increased pay after 6 months if work is superior
