What You'll Bring:
Seven years’ experience in corporate transactions and real estate.
An exceptional ability to understand, analyze, and tackle complex legal issues.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
A wealth of experience drafting a variety of key legal documents.
Proficiency with essential software, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Westlaw.
A California paralegal certificate or paralegal certification and a bachelor's degree.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:
The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $90,000 to $120,000 per year, with the final offer dependent on factors such as experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and location. Hybrid opportunities to be considered for the right candidate.
