Temp-to-Hire Position
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00-$31.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Support remodels, new construction, and project management.
Assist with licensing, permitting, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Monitor contractors' work to ensure it meets standards and agreements.
Participate in facility-related committees and develop compliance policies.
Act as Safety Officer in collaboration with Fresno and Kern teams.
Support risk management, reporting, and grant writing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Public Administration, Health Administration, or related field (experience may substitute for degree).
Knowledge of health facility regulations, construction, and environmental compliance.
Experience in contract evaluation, corporate document preparation, and lease agreements.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Understanding of community health center operations is a plus.
Other Requirements:
Flexibility to work at satellite locations as needed.
Reliable, in-person attendance.
