Position Summary
We’re looking for a meticulous and motivated Data Entry Clerk to help us keep our records clean, organized, and up to date. Your role will ensure that the information powering our programs — from feeding to healthcare support — remains accurate and accessible.
You’ll work closely with our administrative and program teams to ensure that no detail is lost and that our data truly reflects the impact we’re making every day.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update data across various systems and reports.
- Maintain clear and well-structured digital filing and tracking systems.
- Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies promptly.
- Assist in compiling reports for management and donor communications.
- Support program staff with recordkeeping and general administrative needs.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay focused in a remote environment.
