Receptionist/Customer Relationship Manager
This team member will be a self-motivated and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager. Duties the CRM Apprentice is responsible for may include estimate writing, parts ordering, answering the phone, various data entry duties and customer service. All industry specific training will be provided by A-1. An entrepreneurial spirit and a dedication to customer service will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and helping us meet our growing business objectives.
The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Computer, phone, and interpersonal skills are very important to this position.
CRM - Apprentice Responsibilities
Answer customer and vendor phone calls when needed
Data entry for multiple programs
Greet Customers as they come in
Call on new and existing customers
File Paperwork
Order Parts and materials
Check-in parts
CRM - Apprentice Requirements:
Efficient and knowledgeable with computers including excel, word and email.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organized.
Strong work ethic.
Good interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
