Apartment Manager - real estate - Job employment Seeking an experienced Property Manager for 189 units in Ridgecrest, CA! This person must have experience in apartment management . Must be reliable, have good organizational skills, customer service oriented, and a team player.
Two years property manager experience with over 100 units .
Must have excellent collection and sales experience.
Duties include ensuring all units are rented, maintained, and secured.
Collect all deposits, rents, and other fees.
Respond to resident inquires and complaints.
Coordinate with maintenance to resolve complaints and work with outside vendors and complete rent ready units.
Insure that all maintenance of the property is up to company standards .
Bilingual is preferred .
