We are seeking a reliable and experienced Unarmed Site Supervisor for a long-term solar field security assignment in Lost Hills, CA. This project is expected to run for two years, offering long-term job stability for the right candidate.
Qualifications:
✅ Valid California Guard Card
✅ Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree OR Military / Law Enforcement Training
✅ Proven leadership skills – ability to manage and motivate a team
✅ Strong written and verbal communication
✅ Must be organized, proactive, and dependable
✅ Previous experience in construction or remote site security is a plus
✅ Veterans are highly encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily security operations at a large solar field site
Lead and support a team of security officers
Ensure strict adherence to access control protocols
Perform inspections, manage post orders, and complete daily activity reports
Serve as a liaison between client site supervisors and security staff
Monitor incidents and escalate as necessary
