We are a growing company seeking three (3) motivated, self-starting individuals to join our team as field agents. This is an entry-level position enrolling customers in No-Cost products and/or services with the opportunity to advance through learning the business and team building.
As part of the team, there are two aspects to your role as an agent: Marketing Representative and Ambassador. As Marketing Representative you will be in the field engaging new customers, determining their individual needs, steering them towards the appropriate No-Cost products and/or services, and guiding them through the enrollment process. As an Ambassador you will build your team by recruiting, training, and mentoring new team members.
This position requires a friendly, engaging demeanor. Since sensitive customer data is required, the candidate must also display an impeccable integrity, appearance, respectability and discipline at all times. Our ideal candidate has prior customer service or sales experience, strong data entry skills, enjoys helping people and has a strong desire to succeed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Engage with customers, determine their individual or family needs, guide them through the enrollment process.
Educate customers about new benefits and answer any questions they may have.
Build team and recruit members into Business Development Program.
Escalate problems or concerns to team leader, and check in with customers to ensure questions have been fully answered.
Enroll customer data into computerized system, remaining compliant with all customer confidentiality laws and guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
No experience necessary. We will train you to be successful in our industry through one-on-one mentorship from leaders and team builders.
High school diploma or GED certificate High school diploma or GED certificate preferred but not required.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred but not required.
Prior experience with customer service, sales communications, phone consulting, team building, and management preferred but not required.
Ability to work well with others.
Positive mental attitude, good time management skills, and strong work ethic necessary.
Strong customer service, data entry, and organizational skills preferred but will train.
Well dressed, professional appearance required.
Compensation
A current full-time marketing representative typically can make approximately $40k -$150k+ per year.
An active ambassador recruiting regularly typically makes an additional $5k- $20k+ per year per active recruit.
This is a 100%commissionposition.
Results vary based on attitude, effort, skill and coachability.
