Position Summary
The Marketing Agent will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local pharmacies to promote and sell our Same Day Rx Home Delivery service. This role will require strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting: Identify potential pharmacy clients within the assigned territory and develop a targeted approach to reach them.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to pharmacy owners, managers, and staff, highlighting the benefits of our Same Day Rx Home Delivery service.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with pharmacy personnel, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with pharmacy clients, ensuring that they align with company objectives.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the assigned territory.
Sales Reporting: Track sales activity, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
Knowledge of the local healthcare market and pharmacy landscape.
Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
