Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for posting ads online in english and in spanish to the major social media sites.
you will be texting customers back and forth,providing exceptional customer service and more information about the product they are interested in.
you will then assist the customers with their purchases once they arrive at the store.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, and love people.
Responsibilities
- post online ads, and respond to customers questions online
-Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products that meet their needs.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively communicate with customers.
- Perform product demonstrations to engage customers and promote sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and make them feel at home.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures .
- Ability to perform basic retail math calculations accurately or work a calculator
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interaction.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Days and hours
- you set your own schedule and inform us what schedule works for you. currently the store will be open for you monday thru friday 11am to 5pm.
- weekend days will soon be open for you to come to the store those days also.
- earlier and later times the store will be open after we staff the shifts we have
Uniform attire
- you are an independent contractor and we do not have a certain uniform or dress code other than comfortable clothes.
Pay - This is a commission based sales position.
