Instrument Technician
Looking for a mechanically inclined person who is not afraid to get their hands dirty for a company that has been around for over 60 years.
Duties will be to repair, calibrate, certify, and install flow monitoring and control equipment. Future duties may include operating a small volume prover to test and certify flow meters for crude oil and refined fuel pipelines.
This can grow into a major opportunity for the right person. If you have the willingness to learn we will teach you not only the Mechanical side but Electronics and Instrumentation as well
Work is both in Shop and Field
Requirements
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. The more you learn the higher you can go and the higher the pay scale will become.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Clean DMV
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check as well as periodic drug testing
Must have knowledge and capability to use hand tools and power tools.
A little electrical knowledge is also helpful but not required as we will train.
As part of the job you will need to take mandatory safety classes and be able to obtain; Weights and Measures Certification, OSHA 10 Certification, RSO Card, and TWIC Card Certification as necessary –All will be paid for by Company
Job may also require some travel for projects but usually never more than a few days.
