Holt Services Inc. is actively hiring Dual Rotary and Cable Tooling Drillers to join our Clean Water Division — and we’re busier than ever. If you’ve got the skills, we’ve got the rigs, the projects, and a supportive team that puts safety and success first.
What You’ll Do:
Operate Dual Rotary and/or Cable Tool drilling rigs for clean water production well projects
Travel to various project sites across 13 western U.S. states
Maintain compliance with all water well licensing requirements
Work in state and federal project locations (with proper clearances)
What You’ll Need:
CDL Class A license
Valid driver’s license
Current Water Well License (or ability to obtain in multiple states)
Ability to pass back ground checks for state and federal project access
Willingness to travel extensively with 14 on and 7 off schedule (home location is flexible)
Compensation & Benefits:
Six-figure earning potential – our drillers average well over $100k/year
