ERSG is seeking a Solar Technician and Sr. Solar Technician to do regular operations and maintenance utility solar sites in the Rosamond/Bakersfield Area.
The Solar Technician must have 1+ years of medium to high voltage electrical O&M experience, preferably in utility solar.
The Sr. Technician must have 2+ years if experience doing utility solar operations and maintenance with an emphasis on troubleshooting (inverter, substation, arrays, and tracker) and a strong understanding of AC/DC theory and ability to perform SCADA analysis.
