TRUCK TECHNICIAN - NIGHT SHIFT: Position will perform diagnostics and repair on medium to heavy duty road trucks. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
â¢Welding and fabrication.
â¢Analyzing and diagnosing road truck malfunctions or failures.
â¢Repairing, replacing, maintaining and/or rebuilding cabs, steering systems, engines, transmissions, axles, differentials, brakes, clutches, electrical systems and air systems.
â¢Performing assigned tasks in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Looking for someone that wants to work in a team environment. Must have good communication skills, both written and oral and possess a strong attention to detail. Qualified applicants must have 4 plus years' experience working on all types of road trucks or 2 plus years' working experience and a diesel tech degree. Must be experienced and efficient in electronic trouble shooting, air conditioning, chassis, electrical and major engine repairs. Experience with Cummins, CAT and Paccar engines is a plus, and must be able to troubleshoot and repair SCR/DPF systems. Must have a Class A or B CDL or ability to obtain one. Applicant must have own tools.
