As the Transportation Counselor (Driver), your objective is to ensure the safe transport of campers, staff, and VIP guests. Drivers follow the direction of the Transportation Counselor (Coordinator) and ensure all pick up times and drop offs are met in a safe and timely manner. As a Driver, you will also work closely with our medical team to help transport campers and staff to medical facilities if necessary. Outside of your normal duties, you will also be required to help with supply runs, vehicle cleaning, and camper departure.

- This position is classified under California's Camp Counselor exemption (LAB 1182.4 and Wage Order 5). Employees are paid a weekly salary of 85% of their hourly rate for hours worked between 40- 54 hours per week or will be paid at 85% of their hourly rate for each hour worked if the employee works less than 40 hours per week. Any hours worked over 54 will be paid at overtime rates, in accordance with California labor law.
