Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accountant in the electric utility and construction industry. This position is located in Banning, California, United States. Responsibilities: Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to manage and maintain financial records. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure smooth financial operations. Conduct regular auditing to verify the accuracy of financial data and procedures. Manage Balance Sheet Account to reflect accurate financial status. Use ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial management. Leverage skills in Cl Programming for specific accounting functions. Ensure accurate and timely utility billing. Use Concur for travel and expense management. Maintain regular communication with states regarding revenue and holdings. Prepare and present quarterly and annual financial reports. Record and manage expenses related to debt service payments. Transition financial data into MIP for further processing.
