Description:Job Duties Include:· Maintain communications and updates with customers, sales, carriers and management on order status· Process and enter all work orders and customer purchase orders· Maintain logistics shipping and receiving reports· Resolve carrier discrepancies· Provide weekly shipping delivery receipts to warehouse and production· Complete miscellaneous projects and tasks as assigned by Logistics Manager· Maintains administrative functions for the Logistics Department including, but not limited to, data entry, filing, and maintenance of department spreadsheets· Proactively problem solve and communicate with appropriate departments when product or customer service issues arise· Follow up on order and shipping errors to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction· Collaborate with others in Logistics to ensure fast processing of orders· Investigate processing as well as customer problems and provide strategic solutions· Assist with other projects as neededAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
