OverviewABM is hiring a Training Facilitator to be responsible for executing educational programs and training sessions focused on preventing harassment in the workplace and other compliance training topics . This role requires strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, and the ability to engage diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years of experience in anti-harassment training or related fields and a willingness to travel to various locations within the state of California.This is a Hybrid Work Arrangement located at 6200 Goodyear Road, Benicia CA 94510 .Essential FunctionsTraining:
Schedule & implement anti-harassment training and materials tailored to different janitorial frontline team members ensuring cultural sensitivity and relevance.
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in English and Spanish for front-line team members and their supervisors.
Travel to various company locations to deliver instructor-led training sessions.
Team Member Experience:
Foster an open and inclusive environment during training sessions.
Provide ongoing support and resources to team members regarding harassment concerns and appropriate reporting procedures.
Coordination with HR & Management:
Collaborate with HR and compliance teams to ensure training materials align with company policies and legal requirements.
Partner with Operation teams to schedule training sessions that best fit their teams’ needs.
Additional Job Duties:
Maintain accurate training records.
Prepare reports that track and document team member training completion.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and follow-up sessions, making improvements as necessary.
Stay updated on the latest trends, laws, and best practices related to training topics and diversity and inclusion.
Partner with and maintain an effective matrix relationship with CA Field HR and Operations
Qualifications – Education & Experience
Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience in anti-harassment and compliance training programs
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field, preferred
In lieu of degree, 5+ years of related experience required
A certification in training facilitation is highly preferred
Ability to work core business hours with flexibility to include evenings, weekends, and overnight travel within California (if needed).
Must be able to travel 25% of the time locally and potential overnight
Appropriate experience with a large hourly & distributed workforce is a strong plus

Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse audience.
Knowledge of current anti-harassment laws and best practices is highly desirable.
Proactive approach in resolving problems and issues, involving the right people to work through complexities and identify potential solutions.
Excellent organizational, planning and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed.
Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Pay: $75,000 – $90,000 The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
