JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while aligning with project estimates and scope.RESPONSIBILITIESOversee all day-to-day site operations from mobilization through project completionSupervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure productivity, quality, and accountabilityPerform limited hands-on field tasks as needed to support crews and ensure complete and timely installation of project deliverablesExecute work in accordance with project scope, drawings, specifications, and estimatesTrack labor hours vs. budgeted hours and report variances to the Project ManagerMonitor production rates and ensure alignment with estimated assumptionsProvide field-driven production data and performance feedback to the estimating team to support cost database refinement and improved bid accuracyDevelop and manage short-term lookahead schedules (2–3 weeks)Coordinate subcontractors, utility providers, inspections, and material deliveriesCoordinate directly with utility companies and agencies to ensure alignment, approvals, and schedule complianceProactively identify and resolve field conflicts to avoid delaysAttend, coordinate, and schedule pre-construction activities and meetings, ensuring readiness for field executionProvide input on logistics, sequencing, and constructability during preconstructionCapture time- and date-stamped photos of project progress and upload to Microsoft TeamsMaintain daily reports/logs including labor, production, site conditions, and progress updatesTrack material usage and verify against estimates and takeoffsIdentify and document scope gaps, field changes, and cost impactsPrepare and provide supporting documentation for RFIs and change ordersCommunicate regularly with Project Managers regarding schedule, cost, and field conditionsEnsure all work meets company quality standards and project specificationsConduct inspections, manage punch lists, and drive timely project closeoutEnforce jobsite safety compliance in accordance with OSHA and company standardsConduct weekly safety meetings and daily toolbox talksIdentify and mitigate jobsite hazardsEnsure ongoing jobsite housekeeping, maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-freeOther duties as assigned
