The Installation Tech installs custom designed residential storage systems and accessories using a variety of luxury materials. This location is company-owned, therefore earns the following benefits:Health insurance – Medical, Dental, and VisionPTO days and paid holidays401K retirement plan with company matchTransporation from the company’s location to and from customer job sites will be providedCompany tools and PPE providedGuaranteed 40 hours/week with overtime potentialDay shift hoursGrow your career with us – many promotional opportunities availableWorking with luxury products and 100% custom buildsFranchises are independently owned and operated and may offer different benefits.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in the home or commercial buildings.Utilize company-provided CAD drawingsblueprints to install systems properly and efficiently.Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.Assists in the removal and installation of materials in customer homes.Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order (tools are provided).Install systems independently or with team members depending on the size of the job.Provide a high level of customer service for in-home installations.Maintain safety standards at all time.Responsible for driving to and from customer sites and operating a company-provided vehicles in a safe manner.  Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
