Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.00.)Duties and Responsibilities:Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat professional attitude; answer questions and direct them to the appropriate person or locationDetermine if customers have appointments and record customer name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damageControl service traffic flow and parking; assist with loaner vehicles and park vehicles after they have been written upInstall disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags in all service vehicles; prepare and deliver keys and repair orders to the appropriate Service AdvisorRetrieve customer vehicles at cashier for pick-up; wait at vehicle and thank customers for their businessDrive vehicles safely to and from service lanes, stalls, and parking areas; report any lot damage immediately to managementMaintain a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves, and dirtFollow all company safety policies and procedures; immediately report any accidents to a manager or supervisor
