Job Description - Senior Security & Compliance Specialist

Our client, a worldwide media and entertainment company, is looking to add a Senior Security & Compliance Specialist to their team. The primary purpose of this position is to help support the build out of the Control Attestation Monitoring Program (CAMP). This role will be responsible for testing, documenting, and/or reviewing IT controls. Also, this role will be responsible for coordinating with key stakeholders and control owners across the enterprise to collect data/metrics for priority initiatives/areas. Additionally, this position will help to develop new foundational documents and updating existing templates to ensure efficiencies and uniformity exists. Lastly, this position will support the Manager in executing project activities, including project management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting Additional responsibilities may include activities related to other compliance programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of IT audit, or IT security and/or compliance experience
• Prior experience working within a global Media or entertainment organization, supporting enterprise level Accounting and finance departments
• External audit (e.g., Big Four) and /or internal audit (e.g., Fortune 500)
• 1+ years of program and project management experience
• Prior experience with creation of compliance metrics and reporting
• Candidate must understand how systems are configured
• Experience creating executive reports and presentations for management.
• Prior IT auditing experience, understanding of security and how it relates to policies and standards
• Knows how to test and know the difference between security or audit assessment function
• Experience with security metrics.
• Ability to communication technical requirements with non-technical audience
