The Master Swim/Aquatics Instructor is responsible for the fitness journey of clients from beginning to end. This includes listening to clients about their personal fitness goals and developing training programs to help clients achieve that goal. Demonstrations of technique and providing of tips will be a part of the job to help clients achieve their desired physical fitness state. Designs and leads structured, year-round lessons for adult swimmers of varied abilities Work with clients on a one to one basis and be a good listener to what they are wanting to achieveLeads safe, engaging, and energetic water-based fitness classes (such as AquaFit, water aerobics, or aqua yoga) for diverse ages and ability levelsCreate curated training programs and classes for clients & guests Demonstrate training techniques and movementsProvide tips and advice on improving form and achieving their goalEnsure safe and effective use of training equipmentMaintain training equipment hygiene and safetyThis is a part-time position. The starting pay rate for this position is $16.99 per hour plus a $60 class free, and the potential of gratuities. This is the pay rate for this position that Solage reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual pay will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
